Ackermans/ Hollard funeral ****

Ackermans is ****ming people with their insurance. My sister passed away and when we went to the store to report her death because of payment notifications we've been receiving we were asked to fill in a form to check if she had a policy. We found out she had one and they put us through a call center and their rude agents did not want to tell us who the benefiary is, they sent us to a police station to write all our family members name in an affidavit and after all that they still would help us... They gave us a clue that the beneficiary name starts with 'A' but there's no one with a name that starts with a, we complained to all sorts of channels but we were ignored still today. My sister had other few policies and we knew about them and who were the beneficiaries and in other companies at least they told us who is supposed to claim. You make my sister to pay for something she did not know about through her account and wrote what ever name that came to your mind as a beneficiary and now you are refusing to pay. **** **** ****. We want you to do the right thing and pay the money!
