Ackermans Hoedspruit

We are on holiday and needed some kids shoes, decided to run into Ackermans as they always have cute kids stuff. We needed some help with a shoe size, I got the attention of an employee named Aupelia, who looked me in the eye, then turned and walked away. I got her attention again when she passed, and again she simply ignored us and went into a staff only area. She came out about a minute later, stood at the counter and priced items. Still completely ignoring us and refusing to help. The other employees all just stood around and did nothing. The entire experience has left a sour taste regarding Ackermans stores and the type of employees they have. I wish I could give the Hoedspruit Ackermans -5 stars.
