Ackermans has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS STORE IS ABSOLUTELY ***********!!!! the people they have signing up new accounts are as dumb as a bucket of shrimp. When trying to open and account which i desperately needed for my daughter, the lady there incorrectly added details of mine and the account was declined, I then was told i must manually fill in a form to correct the error, which I then did. After some time I then called in to see what is happening with the account only to be told I cannot be helped for six months. SO BASICALLY THEY ***** UP YOUR INFORMATION AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CORRECT THIS, JUST SIT AND WAIT IT OUT FOR SIX MONTHS.!!!! Just as a side note I opened an account with game the same week. So clearly I have good credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The businesses in this town need to come right, customer service is absolutely non-existent.
