Ackerman's has not care in the world.

I asked for feedback regarding my account from ACKERMANS, which is still not sorted out. Don't expect to call me and refer to an email. What email, and where was anything send? I most certainly have not received anything. This is my last attempt to get answers from Ackerman's. Next step is the Ombudsman. I have struggle enough with incompetence's.
