Ackermans harassing my domestic worker about MY account!!

I want to know how exactly did ackermans get my domestic workers phone number.. she is in no way linked to my ackermans account. She has no idea I even have an ackermans account because that is my personal things. Yet ackermans at this time of the night is calling and harassing her and saying she is me and saying she is lying!!! What kind of customer service is this!!! They call me and they shout at me and are so rude to me so i don't answer their calls anymore! Now they are calling my domestic worker to shout at her! I paid them last month and I will pay them when I get paid again! I don't see why they are calling and shouting at my domestic worker about MY account!!! They even told her how much my balance is!!! I'm so disgusted in your collections department!
