Ackermans hammanskraal with *********** managers

My father had a bad experience with Ackermans hammanskraal. My brother bought him a Galaxy Ao5 Samsung in December 2024 which he was paying monthly, in January 2025 the phone was blocked 🚫 my dad who is a pensioner went to the shop and could not be assisted with the blocking matter. He then complained to the store manager by name of Thembi but he was not assisted. He's been doing up n down to up n down to the mall with no assistance and mind you that time he's using taxi to go to the mall.

My dad is without a phone n Ackermans hammanskraal Thembi n Stanley can't assist my dad with the blocked phone

I called yesterday n talked to Rebotile who called my dad but ended up hanging up on him My brother is expected to continue paying for the phone that is not working

Ackermans please sort this issue or take back your phone
