Ackermans Groblersdal CBD what a shame

What a dissapointing store with *********** workers, l bought a cellphone today, l told them l want vodacom phone, they gave me MTN dual sim cellphone and l asked if it's gonna take vodacom and they said yes, only to find the cellphone doesn't accept vodacom, it just say NO SERVICE or EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. I tried changing sim slots using both MTN and Vodacom sims, it only accept MTN, what is this?
