Ackermans Gateway - Disgusting Customer Service

My wife and I went Ackermans Gateway (26 Apr); arrived at the shop 18:40pm and was closed. Notmal closing time is 19:00pm. We managed to gain entry when they were letting some customers out. When we asked why was the shop closed - we received disgusting attitude. Literally no customer service exist in that store. We stood in a queu (+-30 people) and only 1 person (Siphesihle her name) was working and serving people. The rest were just loittering on the floor, chewing gum with flared up nostrils. No supervisor nor manager was visible. Dont waste your time in this shop!
