Ackermans ********** policy account payment.

I have a Ackermans account and recently find out that there's also a policy that they have been deducting from my account. I send the emails and they did investigation and there findings shows that I've never app**** for a policy. Now they have to pay me my money back and they taking me from pillar to post. I've send many emails made lots of calls still I'm not helped. Please assist cause now I really don't know what to do about the ***** made on my name.
