Ackermans *****

I'm very dissapointed at the kind of ***** happening at ackermans store at Maponya Mall. My son did a money transafer yesterday at 10 October 2021 and immediately while he was in store the money was withdrawn at Pimville square ABSA ATM. The fruad department is so useless with no assistance to help solve the problem even spoke to line manager to assist us with the police to open fruad case. Store manager of Maponya mall is not even offering any assistance nor involment to help solve this ***** happening in his store.

Im also here with an old lady here who was also de*****ed by ackermans mall. The whole day today we are sent between police station and maponya mall.
