Ackermans -*****

Hi I am a victim of ***** ,my phoned beeped and someone was making a purchases on my account, I immediately alerted Ackerman's. I was asked to do an affidavit stating that the purchases were **********, I was phoned to come to the store to fill in an account dispute form, its been a month and a half, still my account has been blocked, but no resolution what so ever, no follow ups from their side.

I went to the store to do a follow up, I was told I had completed an incorrect form I should have completed a "transaction dispute form" I was told this would be e-mailed to the store it has been two weeks and nothing. I went to the store again to do a follow up, I was once again told it has been e-mailed to both myself and the branch. No e-mail has arrived, I've been continuing to make payments on my original debt, but the ********** transactions on my statements are still showing. kindly assist immediately as this has been frustrating to me. I want this sorted so that I can close this account. I don't ever want anything to do with Ackerman's ever again their service has been extremely poor.
