Ackermans fooling customers

I went and bought a phone through PhoneYam at Ackermans Kimberley New Park Centre. Ackermans advertise the specific phone, Motorola Moto G05 with 12GB ram and 256GB rom, for R1999. I bought the phone, and once I got home I discovered that the phone only has 4GB ram and 128GB rom. I went back to the store the very next day and was told that it is now apparently not their fault that the phone is advertised incorrectly and that I can either pay extra and buy another phone or contact PhoneYam. I contacted PhoneYam, and they again tell me to go back to the store who already made it clear that they are not able/willing to help me. So what to do now, as I want the phone with the specs advertised for the price I paid, as that is the only reason why I bought the phone in the first place!!
