Ackermans festival mall has horrible customer set

I’ve never been treated so badly by a store, I went in the morning 12.07.25 , there was no one at the till point when I asked if the tills where working I was given an attitude, I wanted to cancel my sister’s lay-by and was told they needed a copy of her id , which I said I have a copy I can email it and was told they do not take outside emails I must go make a copy, went and made the copy came back later and was told noo we cannot help you the owner of the laybye must come cancel, which is something I should have been told in the morning but nooo I had to spend cash on print outs that they didn’t want, , I don’t understand how the people who should give u a service don’t know anything about how to help the customer, both Sheila and Nombuso at Ackermans festival mall don’t know what they are doing, because they didn’t have sufficient information and couldn’t relay it to the customer we lost 300, Horrible service
