Ackermans Faulty Cellphones

Bought a Samsung cellphone in december 2024and it started having problems in March , technical problems to be exact , took it back to the store the manager told me to come back after 21days i went back there they kept telling me to come back until i went there with my mom to demand it back , they called SSS cellular and they sent me an expired quotation charging memore than ipaid for that phone when i bought it when i call them they say " Wefound sweat in your phone and its now classified as liquid damage " Sweat?? , nowi do not have a phone & i am struggling coz i am a student all because of Ackermans's incompetency.
