Ackermans Eldorado park Hisense Repairs Departement worse company ever

Ackermans Eldorado park Hisense Repairs departement worse cellphone company ever. I bought a Hisense E32 Pro in September ever since this phone is giving me problems I had to take it back everytime and it will only work for 2 weeks than the same problem again. In November 2023 (Hisense Repairs departement)their feedback is the phones Ram is too small what does the RAM's of the phone had to do with the phone just switching off and not going on ,I bought the same phone on the same date for my wife and her phone is working just fine . In 3 months ever since I bought the phone it went back to the repairs 3 times on 28/12/2023 I put the phone on the charger and it went just blank till today (29/12/2023)it didn't even go on ,I went to the shop( Ackermans) and the consultant told me that they will have to book it in again for repairs it's now the 4th time that this phone will be booked in for repairs. Please help I'm tired of this it's either they give my money back or replace this Demo phone that they gave me because that's what I think they gave me . When will they realise that this phone is faulty if this matter is not resolved I will have to take it to the Ombudsman this is not on .
