Ackermans Eldorado Park

Ackerman's Eldorado Park... I bought a phone at Ackerman's Southgate Mall, the phone was faulty so i took it to Ackerman's Eldos hence that is closer to home. We go a call on Friday to fetch the phone from the store(They replaced it with a new phone). We go there and told the manager what we were there for, he first help "5 customers" with phones before he help me and they all came in there after me. That manager is a real problem, if he is not busy jollying then he takes his time to help. He just told someone "That's Southgate" and continued helping other people. Not my first bad experience with that store and it's manager.
