Ackermans east gate mall and their bad managers did me wrong 😡😡💔

Morning… Am writing this with a heavy heart, on the 28th of November I made a laybye at Ackermans east gate mall, yesterday on the 15th I went there to collect my child’s clothes (the lay bye), I was told that my lay bye is missing , after 3 hours of waiting for them to collect the clothes at the back. The managers came to me just to inform me that they will refund me because the ppl who does their lay bye they r casuals . The managers didn’t even bother to check for me instead they wanted to refund me, they inconvenienced me because those were my child’s Christmas clothes. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE!.
