Ackermans
Click and collect does not make sence, not easier. Pack of nappies gets sent via courier from Kzn to Kemptonpark . Why not pick from the store! Website does not say click and collect takes 3-7days it says online shop deliveries take 3-7days. Customer care can not deal with most complaints because they dont have control over tje staff. If it comes to account problems they cant assist because you need to contact rcs. Nappies has been delivered to ackermans glen balad in kemptonpark just before 11am. Still waiting for sms and no one picks up! Nappies is urgent !
