Ackermans does NOT Care!!!!!!!

After more than 10 years of being a loyal good record paying account holder this is how you treat me... In May I paid R2400 on my R4400 outstanding account and requested for my credit to be decreased by R2000 hoping that the installment will decrease... I have been paying same instalment of R440 as requested on my statement, today I call to see if their probably waiting for me to make the decrease arrangement if its not going down automatically... the consultant states that my installment cant change as it has saved by the system. So a balance of R2400 is made of R440 installments for 12 months. I am soo Disappointed in this economy you try to make better choices not mess up credit status and still survive... I am going to pay the outstanding and Close the account. You have lost a Loving loyal customer.
