Ackermans do not honor consumer law

Thabo refused to put me through his manager. I took screenshots and sent to escalations and he said on Facebook they put up a notice that their prices are some incorrect due to maintenance. As quick as I am I went onto Facebook and there was no such. The guy from escalations first denied seeing the x76 premio and the vivo y02 kanti I had screenshots and I sent him the link. While with him on the line he denied receiving the email and then after a few minute he said but the prices are not like yours. I sent him the time stamps of the screenshots and those were prior to him telling me he did not see the phones. Then Andile the funny lady with jokes said the website was not referring to their store. She further said when it says check your nearest store it means any other store but maponya. How funny. I still have the screenshots and I will be visiting GOCA soon and twitter.
