Ackermans Denlyn

Today 24/11/2021 I went to Ackermans at Denlyn Mall Mamelodi to refunds some of my unborn baby stuff as I recently had a surprise baby shower so lot of things were bought for me there and I already bought things before baby shower so I had to refund few from what I bought because I have my slip I got disappointed at the tills I was on a queue for an hour and we were not alot there by that time coz I was no:2 on the queue bt I waited the for an hour without being assisted I'm 39weeks and 4days pregnant as I was waiting, there was this other cashier who was busy counting her float for almost an hour I went to her and I asked her my sister are you done so that u can assist me I'm already tired she rep**** me with an attitude with a long face "no I'm not still counting" she's an old stuff without her name Burge I finally got help 4rm one of the new stuff even though she was slow finally someone is helping well I asked the Manager not sure if she is or what because she's the one who was being called for authorizations her name is Reginah I asked why is that lady not wearing her Burge she went to her and she was like "bare" (they saying y you not wearing ur Burge) I was like clearly in here there's no good customer service how come she say "bare" instead of telling her to wear one the front desk was a mess and they were also this other 2 there busy chatting to each other nt doing anything there but talking to each other, I'm actually not happy and disappointed with the attitude that I received and standing there for almost an hour with me being heavily pregnant and they didn't care as if they are not woman.
