Ackermans debt collectors

Ackermans Debt collectors ladies i very rude,i'm so ****en fed up with them. one lady called me and i asked her to call me back at 9am as i was about to enter into a meeting but she said no she will be too busy to call me back,i asked for her name and she didnt want to provide and asked when am i going to pay,this is really ridiculous.

An hour later i recieved another call from Alicia or something,she literally hanged up on me and told me to go to the shop if i want any further information with regards to my account,i dont know if they ****en stupid or lazy or not getting paid enough money to listen their clients...but they need to ****en sort out their attitude,it stinks
