Ackerman's Daveyton management are bullies

I have bought two new school trousers at Ackerman's store in Daveyton... The sizes are wrong and I'm very scared to return them back to the store as the Manager there is very rude and swears at customers.. for years Ackerman's in Daveyton has been like that. There are two women there who are related, who act as if they own the shop.. many times I've tried to exchange items there before without a slip and I was told the product might be the one looted during the uprising.. and they won't be able to help One day I went to return my son's sandals as they were small.. the lady took out a phone and showed me pictures of shoes and clothes and said they found a lady trying to ***** kids and clothes and shoes to sell and since then Ackerman's laws were put in place for them not to exchange things.. i had to try and sell those shoes.
