Ackerman's Daveyton mall have rude cashier

To whom it may concern

I visited Ackerman's at Daveyton mall to do my last minutes shopping for my kids on the 17/12/2024 as I work around the mall I bought and everything went well when I get home to fit my kids the clothes 2 items were small and 1 items had a hard tag on it which they forgot to remove then and the other items were fine as I bought about 9 items. I thought it's not a problem since I work at the same mall the following day morning I will go quickly to exchange.

I got a surprise of my life as I was disrespect by the cashier where he told me we come in the morning to trouble them with our exchanges we are busy up and down buying our kids that we don't even know their sizes and he told me there was no money that I was gonna get from the store unless I have the debit card that I bought with and I quickly went to the store where I work to fetch my card.

When I come back with the card as I was standing there waiting to ba assisted I hear the guy telling the customer that he was serving that I must bring the card because our husbands buy clothes for the kids then when we are stranded we come back to refund.

Then he refused to assist me and told me to go to another cashier because he doesn't wanna waist my precious time and I moved to the next cashier and I was assisted and the other cashier asked why did he moved me to him he rudely said I never moved her he chose to move as I was waisting her time I kept quiet.

Then the lady that was assisting me called for an authorized for the refund for one item the supervisor refused to give cash and told her to put back to my card no communication whether when will it reflect on my account I was so crossed I left the store and immediately contacted their customer service and logged an complain.

Later that day got an email stating that the have received my complain and they will escalate to the relevant people and asked for my contact details of which I provided till today I have not received a call or the money for the item I refunded.

Will never shop in that store ever again the service sucks.
