I went to Ackermans on the 26/6/2024 because I want to Open an account so I can buy my son's school stuff from them because I am a single mother and don't always have the money to buy the stuff all at once at the same time. They didn't have the decency to let me know that it was declined. I had to call them on the 8/7/2024 to ask them what is the status on my application for the account. They don't explain the reasons why I was declined clearly. I have never skipped to pay any of my accounts and I have a good credit record. They are really unprofessional and don't give reasons why it was declined. Their service is bad especially when it comes to call centre and when you need explanations.
