Ackermans *****

On Monday,04/12/2023 went shopping at Ackamens Kaalfontein corner and was assisted by a cashier called Khutso. While packing my clothes in the plastic bag he included items i did not buy without my knowledge and as i exit the alarm went off and security said i stole those items. I asked for security cameras to reveal how those items got into my plastic bag the store manager, Mthembu, refused and said i needed to pay for those items. After intense arguement i ended up paying for those items but was told i cannot gain possession of them. So i basically had to " Pay them to split the money amongst themselves". This was by far the worst experience ever and if this is the store's trick to de***** customers it needs to be reported to the right authorities
