ACKERMANS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I had a very bad experience buying online at Ackermans. Item was misplaced (Minnie Mouse 2Pack Boyleg Panties White and Black) and to-date, I am still waiting for a respond from their Customer Service Manager (Lufuno Mbodi). Sent countless e-mails and there is no respond...Your customer service is pathetic.
