Ackermans Customer Service and Cornubia Branch - Pathetic Service

Worst customer service ever I have been trying to call the Cornubia Ackermans since last week however the number just rings, no answer. When I finally managed to get ahold of the manager who tried to assist me. I purchase a 3 pairs of boys grey school shorts (size 32) from the branch however only 2 items were packed in my bag. When I returned to Gauteng I unpacked and found that only 2 shorts were in the bag. The store manager (Nosipho) at Cornubia confirmed that the item was not packed and tried to source the same size from branches in Gauteng so I could go and collect from them, however they do not have size 32. I reason why I shop when I am in KZN is because I struggle to get the correct sizes in JHB. I physically looked around this weekend for the size in various Ackermans branches, but no luck. I was supposed to call Nosipho at Cornubia on Monday however the number is unreachable. I sent an email to customer services and called the service department for help however to date I haven't received any response. I paid for an item that was not packed in my bag. I need the item for my son for school. Ackermans needs to rectify their mistake and arrange for the item to be delivered to me in Gauteng. I am shocked that not even the customer service department tried to assist me. Nosipho didn't even contact me to try and rectify their error
