Ackermans Cresta mall

I had to take a video of this ackermans at Cresta mall .. you get to the door there's no one to help you ..the only people that are always running around . Leaving their duties is the guys that open cards .. they will go and call them .then when you get to the till expecting to be served. There's no one . I went there around 3pm they said they were on lunch . I told them everytime I come to this store there's no one to assist . No one at the door no at the tills .. it's terrible they serve you will attitude.. I wanna close this account and open at Woolies i can't take incompetence. Can't deal .. they are even lazy to assist with sizes you need to see yourself out ..
