****py service I received at Ackermans I purchased a small Vodafone for R349 in Richards Bay on Friday 31st August and I asked the Lady at the store that of I needed to return the device at a different Ackermans store since I am residing in Durban she rep**** by saying yes I can take it anywhere as long as I have a slip with me and its still within the 7 days period today I decided to send back the phone at the pavilion Ackerman's store since the phone has problems and the battery life is bad they refused saying that I need to go back to Richards Bay they refused to help me.
