Ackermans Cosmo City

Good day my name is Marvin, I went to Ackermans Cosmo City to return some items for a refund, the cashier refused to help me, told me that I needed the card that was swiped which is not entirely correct. Few days later my girlfriend went to return the same items and was given cash on the spot. Ackermans Cosmo City employees have no customer service, and they judge according to appearance...it’s really Sad to see black people treat other black people like this...I’m definitely calling head office....
