This thing of ackermans consultants opening policies on customer behalf without their consent is really disturbing, I found out about such on my account when I realized that I keep paying but amount doesn't decrease only to find out that someone decided to approve a policy in my behalf and this is **********. I contacted them before they said they will cancel but this is still going now I want the person who made that application on my behalf either she or he refunds me or we take this court.
