ackermans connect sells broken phones

i bought myself a phone on the 30th of September at Ackerman's connect in sam ntuli mall katlehong , today 13 November i woke up the phone was not working i took it back to the store with my slip and charger was assisted by Zandile who has no empathy at all who told me they cant assist me because i don't have the box of the phone ,so you guys know you sell **** phones we must always have the box around ,who then called the unhelpful manager who kept telling me if they take the phone it will get lost i then said fine give my phone i took it to the shop inside the mall which they fix the phone for me i had to pay 350 imagine i would not advice anyone to buy a phone from Ackerman's. customer services sucks no empathy at all seling demo phones or what
