Ackermans connect Hebron mall

These Ackermans connect shops are a **** targeting old people, these young ones hired to market the products are literally ****ming our old parents of their grants by giving them phones contract without their knowledge and understanding.

My father went to an Ackermans connect store in Mabopane Hebron mall to buy a phone for my younger brother using cash. But because he had an account he was advices to pay using his account and that he would get another phone and only had to pay R129+ but to our surprise when he got home apparently he got a phone and a rental phone. Which we aswell didn't know there was such, my sister went with my dad to query this and she was told that the can cancel the rental but my dad had to pay a certain fee of +R200, my dad survives on Grants we do assist here and there but his main income is grants. How is he supposed to pay R500 for a phone he went to pay cash for and how izit that he has to pay a cancellation fee of a contract he has no knowledge of? It is very saddening that my dad was ****med like this and now a certain Xolani has told him to ignore the payment and my dad can be blacklisted which upset him because my dad has never been a bad payer of any credits till now he is 60+ years he is told he will be blacklisted. We could just have him ignore the account but how many times will this misselling happen and how Much will a company loose?
