Ackerman's connect

I visited Ackerman's connect in Newmarket today 3rd October looking to buy an mtn router and sim card on arrival some lady asked what I'm looking for I told her then she went at the back we were told to take a sit, after 15minutes of sitting I decided to tell the other lady that I will go to the shops while they do what they need to do, upon arrival after 25 minutes, I was told to sit again then after another 15minutes I asked what was happening only to be informed that they are looking for it. Those guys there has horrible service and they were 5 on duty but not very helpful, they don't have any tags on so it's not easy to get thier names, the way they were all so relaxed you don't even know who the manager is almost them. I will not visit that shop again. They don't seem to care about thier customers at all
