I'm having a issue getting a paid up letter from Ackermans. I've made my final payment and closed the account. Yesterday i phoned the lady regarding the account and she said that i must wait 21 to 31 day's. I really can't wait that long for a paid up letter because I'm busy buying a house and the banks needs this proof ASAP. I'm gonna loose the bond if i wait any longer.

Please assist
