Ackermans competition

I entered a competition in.2017 December. In June2018 I saw in a Ackermans magazine that i won a shopping voucher, even my picture is in that magazine. No one made me aware that i won, and I've contacted Ackermans a number of times and have been to the store was assisted by the manager in sundumbili Ackermans who phoned for me and then he til me th a someone will contact me to arrange the delivery of my shopping voucher. I received a call the following day from someone asking me which competition did I enter and then said someone else will contact me the followinh day to arrange delivery of my voucher. Up until today I have not received the voucher and no one made contact with me. I'm very dissapointed with Ackermans. They must just stop these competitions
