Ackermans click nd collect

I placed an order on the 19 of June even today I haven't received OTP code to collect the parcel I went to the shop more than five times with no luck.They tried to scan the parcel but still i don't get the otp so am tired I went with invoice my phone and identity card but still I didn't get help am tired of the run arounds so am asking for refund. I USE MONEY TO GO TO THE SHOP SO I CAN'T WASTE MORE MONEY GOING THERE EVERYDAY ND COMING BACK WITH NO HELP SO I AM ASKING FOR REFUND CAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IS NO OTHER SOLUTION. This is really exhausting
