Ackermans Centurion mall
I bought the E40 Hisense phone today,02 January 2021 for my lil sister but she doesn't like the phone,she's telling me her other friend was using the exact phone and she experienced problems with it. I called the store to check if I can bring it back tomorrow but I was told unfortunately they don't do exchange on phones. Ive very disappointed with Ackermans. What do I do now?

24 Jan 2021, 15:37Thank you to Hellopeter and Ackermans customer service my issue has been resolved. I went back to the store and get a different phone,I was assisted by Dikeledi and Lerato their service was very good. I'm so happy
