Ackermans can't be bothered

I sent emails to complain but it gets ignored! Firstly, I bought a lady's boot at the Somerset Mall branch it was the last pair in the store. The next day I wore it to a funeral and It feels like there is something stuck on the inside of the right shoe which hurts like hell. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life. I didnt have a choice but to wear the boots for the whole day as the funeral was in Cape Town. There's no way I'm able to wear this shoes again. I'm thinking that the reason those shoes was the only pair in the store was because someone else had brought them back for the same reason. Obviously no quality checks were done on this. Please advise me on what to do, I paid almost R200 for something I can't wear. Secondly, can Ackermans do something about this black magnet that you stick into the clothes? Have you seen the hole it makes when you remove that thing? It's enough that your clothes are so damn expensive but piercing a hole in everything is really disgusting! Once it's washed that hole gets bigger. Don't you think anything of your customers? I'm so disappointed in this store. Even more disappointed that they just ignore complaints.
