Ackermans call center harassment

Since the birth of my daughter, who is now 6years I have been shopping at Ackermans buy cash. I decided to open an account with the store this in 2nd March 2026. I activated the account by buying R29 airtime and paid R30 same day. I haven’t used the buying power till date but since the beginning from the 7th April I have been getting calls everyday (Monday to Sunday) to pay R59 for the card changes. They call from morning till night around 20:00 pm. I haven’t bought anything as yet but the harassment is too much and I have decided to pay the R59 tomorrow and close the account. Am never associating myself with Ackermans regardless of the lovely clothes they have. I will move to Mr Price they also have beautiful affordable clothes for children.
