I had the most disappointing experience I've ever encountered at any Ackermans. The assistant, Selelo (or Selaelo), was dismissive from the start—no greeting, just a cold, unpleasant attitude. His manner of communication was unacceptable. He told me the store doesn’t offer fund withdrawals, but the way he said it made it feel dishonest. I’ll be escalating this issue further with Capitec .
