Ackermans belhar is DISGUSTING

Staff at Ackermans belhar are rude, uneducated and extremely unprofessional. No regard for the elderly woman standing for almost an half and hour waiting for service, while two tellers are there. After walking up and down I eventually find the manager Galima who does not reprimand her lazy workers. They then make me wait even longer and has an attitude. I don’t understand why people are in these positions when they are not equipped to deal with human beings. They should be packing cloths in a stockroom as they have no people skills. There are so many educated young professionals who could do with a job like this.
