Ackerman's bad services

Hello,my name is shivutiso ,so I went to Ackermans kempton park in kempton square bought some clothes for my kids paid using my debit card after 20-30 minutes realised that they double debited me,went back to the store to find out what happened and I spoke to a Lady who goes by the name of Noma who claimed to be the store manager and wow I have never felt disrespected in my entire life,instead of explaining to me what happened she gave me a very stinking attitude she said to me go home your money will reverse in 7 days she doesn't even have the decency to explain to me what happened, this is my money I'm talking about and I had plans for today with that money then Noma decides to tell me to go home and that I must know that it's not the store's mistake, who's mistake is it then ,Noma if that's the attitude you give to customers then you don't deserve that position , somebody help me .
