Ackermans Bad Service...Do Not Buy Their PHONES!!!!!

I bought a phone at Ackermans store at Foresthill Mall in Centurion on the 11 January 2021. The phone has a speaker problem and I went to Ackermans store at Maponya Mall to get assistance with the phone as I stay in Soweto. Ackermans Maponya Mall store REFUSED to take the phone and said I have to take it to Foresthill Mall (which is over 50 km from where I stay). On the 18 Jan 2021 I called Ackermans customer service center and the agent told me she will log the call on their system and call me in 24 to 48 hours but she NEVER called me back. Why does Ackermans have stores all over the country but they cannot help? I am sitting with a phone that I cannot use. I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE ON THIS!
