Ackermans bad service

I bought a Dstv decoder from ackermans on 26 November. Five weeks later the product was faulty. Took it back. They would not refund my money. Called the call centre, but the line just gets disconnected each time. This is the worst business ever. Not to mention a very unhelpful manager at the ackermans market square branch in Grahamstown. I will not support this business again. And I will spread the word far and wide of their terrible service
