Ackermans bad service

So i bought bra's at ackermans cape gate, got home and realised was too small, took back the bra's to the ackermans in delft, they told me i need to have the hanger of the bra, told them when i bought it the hangers were taken off to fold it and put it in the plastic, so they did not wanna help me, told me i need to take it back where i bought it. So no convenience for the customer was taken into consideration. Im definetly thinking twice before buying somwthingbat ackermans.
