Quality control is absolutely horrible. Wednesday 21 st July in a rush to get my child slippers take a size 9 as that is her size come home its a size 8... next day I go back to exchange. Not a big deal yet annoying. I buy R800 extra stuff now....this time I check...i find a size 9 on a size 11 hanger and this seems to be an issue in the entire shop. I buy an extra pair of shoes, today sunday 25 July 2020 I wabt to put on the new shoes and it comes appart.. the front piece in the shoe is not sewn in it is stuck in there with glue....i took pictures of it. R200 Besides this i also returned another shirt. Looks great size 4-5 when I want to dress my child the shirt wont fit over her head...two back panels sewn together a 4-5 year old label on back and a 2-3 year old label for a front with the picture and sequence on there.

Ackermans is def not the same store it was 2 years ago. I use to love it.

Now you can almost be sure that everytime you go there you will have a issue and have to return something.

Now you get LESS like glued shoes for more money. The competition is really competitive. As i can almost buy 2 pairs of non glued shoes.

And not pay 2× petrol each time for buying then exchanging.

Saving lots of frustration, time,money and having to explain to my child why they cant have it.

I have filled in my details more often at acjermans than any other place on earth because of this. Each time you wait atleast 25 min to have it done between staff having a chat and details on the slip.
