Ackermans at mall of Africa took my money without giving me what I bought and I have the proof.

Ackermans at mall of Africa on 2/5/26 I bought using Payflex the money left my bank account but they told me it’s not reflecting on their system I made a second payment and the money left again and they still said it wasn’t reflecting. I showed them proof of my transactions and I was told that the money would be reserved back into my account within 24 hours it’s now over a month and they still haven’t returned my money. I’ve been speaking to their manager Danny whom I’m the one that constantly have to send him messages about updates till today they haven’t returned my money I even sent Danny my bank statement yet nothing.
