Ackerman's are incredible

I purchased a cell phone from Ackerman's for my wife. Before the 12 month warranty had expired the battery stopped taking a charge. Unfortunately Covid was upon us and we had to wait a while before we could return to an Ackerman's only to find out that there were no spare batteries available. After many trips to different Ackerman's branches I decided to turn to Hellopeter for help. Within two days of my posting I had been contacted by a very nice lady from Ackerman's head office who came up with a solution to my problem. Ackerman's are to be congratulated for the way this was handled and for their very quick and professional response.
